Stained-Glass Window Fundraiser
You have an opportunity to purchase a pane of the stained-glass design through an envelope donation system. Envelopes with donation suggestions have been placed on the standing bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall. Please take an envelope of the donation desired and place in the offering plate. Some envelopes at the end have no designated amount allowing you to donate a desired amount. Thanks for your donations!!

Heartland Lutheran H.S. NEWS
On Tuesday, November 9th from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm the Heartland Lutheran National Honor Society Students will be hosting a Blood Drive for the Red Cross.  Please consider coming to make a donation and helping them reach their goal of over 35 usable units (whole blood or double red cell donation appointments are available) — reaching 35 usable units will make HLHS students eligible for a Scholarship through the Red Cross.  Your donation will not only help the Community but an HLHS student as well. Please Contact the HLHS office at 308-385-3900 for a donation time.

REFORMATION SERVICES at Heartland Lutheran H.S.

Services on Sunday October 31st at 7pm @ Heartland Lutheran High School. There will not be a meal served. There will be a mass choir, it will include anyone wanting to participate in the choir, rehearsal will begin at 6 pm on 10/31/21.

Trunk-N-Treat Christ Lutheran Church will be joining the community on Friday Oct. 29th from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm with the community trick or treat event. We are asking the congregation for candy donations to pass out during the event. Monetary donations can be given to Taryn Wright or Jenny Reynolds. There will be a bucket for donations for bags of candy outside the church doors until the day of.

Cairo Veterans Park Dedication Ceremony
Nov. 6th, at 2:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m. Patriotic Music) Keynote speaker – NE State Senator Tom Brewer. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the Cairo Fire Hall.
